I really love this post. As one who believes in the opposite; setting the goal super high so as not to be dismayed when I hit average, I find this to be a more actionable concept. Like there are so many times we can over-estimate our potential much to our harm. I think this approach comforts me: in that small achievable goals will eventually become stepping stones towards a large-scale success.
