I have recently shifted to picking out my clothes in the morning as I was finding my mornings super stressful due to lack of planning + meal planning in advance so I would stop making the excuse "I don't have time for the gym." It's a little extra effort upfront but the gains are very real. Less stress, better thinking, more productivity and time for enjoyable things. Thanks for the tips!
